Robert: The oil should be CaseIH hytran or an equivilant. You mention the tractor being parked for a number of years, it could be those control valves being the highest point, oil leaked back to reservoir, thus allowing rust to develop within the valves. I suggest you remove them, keeping track of where everything goes. You'll notice an end plate on valve bank, take those nuts off remove the plumbing from each valve and they will slide off one at a time. Take each valve apart, clean all parts. Let me know if you see anything pitted or scored. Your going to need some O rings and gaskets. I expect you can still get a new screen from CaseIH.
Keep me posted, we'll get this working. Before you buy anything give me a discription of the various pieces. It could be your best bet is buying that unit and valves from a scrapyard.
