The hand clutch lever on my os-6 don,t want to snap into the forward position.Tractor hasn,t been used in a couple of years.It worked fine the last time I used it.It works fine now as long as I hold it forward.Could it be some kind of buildup?It has been stored inside.Any help appreciated,Don.
