I'm looking at an old IH 2400 loader/backhoe tractor that has ben sitting for a couple of years. New battery failed to start it so I am having the starter rebuilt.
Seller says last time it ran the backhoe boom would not swing. I see it has a rack and pinion type mechanism that is NLA from what I hear from a parts house.
Is there any one familiar with this machine? Weight, HP, yr built...
I can't find much about the 2400 online.
