I have a 350 Utility that will not start when the temp. goes below 20 degrees. doesn't turn over at all. Have any of you experienced this with these tractors?..I have had the starter checked out dozens of times at different places and that checks out good. I have a new battery in it also and have 11.59 volts right at the starter, but still won't crank. When it gets 30 or 40 degrees out it it will start right up again.. Ugggggghhhhh,, Thanks,
