I've noticed that when I shut down my 4000 there is considerable pressure when I take the fuel cap off to refuel. I assume this is caused by the fact that it is directly above the hot engine, effectively cooking the fuel. The vented fuel cap is just to prevent negative tank pressure, not positive. Is this harmful? If so, how do I prevent it?
