I brought home a model 900 from my wife's parents today. A few years ago he pulled it out of a barn that was falling down on top of it. He left it outside for about 4 years without covering the muffler. It turned over at that time, but now a few years later, no dice. I really dont know squat about tractors but when we tried to pull it today the wheels wouldnt spin. When they finally did spin, one would spin forward and the other backwards. I knew then the engine was locked up. Is there anything I can try to free the engine up without pulling off the head just yet? Thank You.
