If you look at the servo valve you will see cylindrical protrusions that contains the spool valve that shuttles back and forth. There are about 3 or 4 components in the assembly. Remove the associated protrusion (I think it takes a 1 1/4" wrench) disassemble the spool assembly, clean well and re-assemble. It's not very hard to do, will lose very little oil, should only take about 1.5 hrs. Make sure all components are free. You may want to take an adjacent spool valve out as an example. Mine did the same thing and I spent $180 to rebuild a cylinder only to luck up on finding the spool valve was all that was wrong. I almost replaced the valve at a cost of $800. That would have hurt.
