Ford 4000 PTO and hydralics

I have reasently changed the gearbox and diff oil on my ford 4000 and have found that i have an air lock in my 3 pt linkage but i dont know how to rid of it.
I have also found that the PTO will not engage.

Can any bady out there help me??
