Check your point gap and that the points are not pitted, if pitted replace points and condenser. If it doesn't start then remove the coil wire from distributor cap hold a 1/4 inch from gronding surface of engine block, crank engine over, you should strong blue or blue-white spark. If the spark is weak or want jump the gap remove the coil and have it tested. If none of the above helps then remove all spark plugs and test the compression of each cylinder.
