Thanks for the information...Heres what I have done to try to isolate the problem. I raised the loader to about eye height, and quickly jumped off the tractor, and uncoupled the quick couplers. The loader held its position. Does this mean the problem is isolated to the control valve? Also on the hydraulic manfold block, the control screw is set to "HYD EQUIPMENT OPERATION" rather then "LIFT LINKAGE OPERATION". Is this correct?
