I have a Ford 3600 on which the hydraulics just stopped working. The Ford mechanic said the pump was bad, so I put a new pump on it, purged the lines (confirmed that they weren't clogged, leaking or pinched), and the pump is still not picking up fluid. In fact the filter is dry.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
