I'm having a problem with my lift it will raise but it won't go back down, after letting it sit it will finaly go down. I have had the pump apart and everything looks good as far as i can see,all I done was cleaned it up, and i wondering if i should buy a kit to rebuild or does anybody think it could be in the top part of the lift? If anybody has any suggestions please respond all the help would be appreciated.
