The info is stamped into a pad on the top front of the transmission on the left side (sitting in tractor seat for reference) right at the bell housing area. Unit number and Serial Number are stamped in the original housing.
They are probably covered deeply with paint so you might have to dig out the paint with a wire brush.
That said, the bell housing number you found is translated as follows:
O= 1970
B= February
13- 13 of Feb
B= 2nd shift
so Transmission was built February 13th 1970 on 2nd shift.
Engine code is December 10th 1969 first shift .
Tractor is probably a 1970 model.
