I recently acquired a Ford 2000 that needs a little work to get her going. The problem that I have is that someone painted over the information under the hood and I am unable to identify the year in order to purchase parts. Is there a serial number stamped somewhere besides the label under the hood? I found a stamped number on the side of the bell housing area that reads OB13B K7008. A stamped number on the lower right side of the engine reads C164101. The block casting number is C7NN 6015 and the casting number on the transmission is C7NN 402. I was able to make out an engine number on the label under the hood that I think reads 9M10A. Any clues on the year and where I can find more information located on the tractor?
As always, any help will be greatly appreciated.
