I agree.
It may be a diesel fuel algae problem as well. or just dirty filters as mentioned. get some clean diesel in the thing, and new filters. how long have you had the tractor? how do you get your diesel? bulk tank or small can from gas station?
did you try turning the bleeder loose on teh fuel filter to see if anything came out? or how fast it came out? it shoud have a good steady flow.
