: I put a FArmi log winch on the PTO of my 1720. I'm new at this and wondered if any one had any handy tips to make work it easier and safer. I can read the instruction book but someone who has run one could give me some helpful tips from experience. One thing that I need to get straight is releasing the brake on the winch when I drop the load of logs. There must be an safe way to do that. Just looking for some good advice.
