Could anyone tell me if it is possible to rebuild the swing cylinder not removed from the unit. I have a side shift backhoe. Or can anyone tell me how I can free up the sleeve that comes up from the bottom that the cylinder housing sits in. I have removed the 6 bolts but I think it is seized up. I believe it should drop strait down with theses bolts removed. Is this correct. Any suggestions on how to unstick it.
