2 possibilities. Either the ceramic of the plug is cracked or the threads for the spark plug are damaged to the point that the compression gasses from the cylinder are blowing by the spark plug threads. I would replace the plug and if it continues, consider drilling out the threads in the head and putting in a helicoil insert.
