This site sells a replacement starter switch. Click on the "Tractor Parts" link at the top of the paege and type in FDPBSS120 as the part number that you're looking for.
I'm not that familiar with that model, so I'm not sure how you access the back of the switch, but the picture of the part looks like it should have a large nut holding it in place on the back of the floor panel where it's mounted. You should disconnect the wires first and the remove the nut and the old switch should come right out. Reverse the process to install the new one.
