Change all oils and filters drain old fuel and change fuel filter. leave fuel shut off pulled out and crank the engine. use 30 sec on (cranking) 90 sec off (not cranking). Till it builds engine oil pressure. after it builds oil pressure the push shutt off in and let it start. You might need to hook up a charger to help it along.
