I have a 1974 Ford 3000 that has been parked for about 5 years. It is a 3 cyl diesel with manual shift. It is eqipped with a brush cutter. It has been under cover but in a warm humid environment (Hawaii - Hilo Coast). One front tire has gone flat. Any suggestions on what I need to do to run it again?
