My ford 4000 will lift my heaviest implements easily with the draft control in the non- floating mode, but does not lift well in the float mode. It also pulsates when holding a position in the the non-float mode, and will not hold position at all when the engine is shut off. I'm thinking it could be a check valve or relief valve that is weak. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, Thanks
