I recently had my engine for my Ford 1520 tractor rebuilt, I am not getting fuel to the injectors, I have tried bleeding the pump and the lines and that didn't work, I checked the Fuel shut off solenoid and it seems to be working fine, but the rack that controls the Fuel (on the back of the fuel pump) seems to be tensioned in the wrong direction, is it possible that the people who rebuilt my engine put a tension spring in backwards ?
Please help
