I have a 1977 ford 4000, two years ago i put a reconditioned engine into it. the other day i tried to start it and found that it wouldn,t so i tried to pull start it thinking the starter or battery might be gone. On pulling it in third gear i found it very difficult to get the engine to turn i.e the back wheels would not turn and when they did turn in fourth gear the coolant from the engine came out the exhaust i immediately abandoned trying to start it. it had been running fine up to this but had not been run for three weeks. after this happened i opened the radiator to find it empty, there did not however appear to be any oil in the water so i guess my question is, is my block porous or is the head gasket blown or is my engine now only scrap any help would be greatly appreciated
