Tractor ID

I have looked all over for the Ser.# I also looked on the Smiths site.
Can someone help ID this tractor.

I also am having a problem with the tractor not runnig unless the chocke is pulled out. When you let it go it dies.
I replaced the coil it had oil in the coil wire connector hole.
