Have a early pump power steering unit, cylinder on each side of tractor. Rebuilt all the guts in the steering gear assembly(thrust bearings, seals, o rings. Control valve assembly had all parts and are free to go up and down as fluid cycles thru. Staked nut 1/6th back off end play as instructions said. Successfully timed the steering gear box, and changed seals, etc. Do not know if getting enough psi from pump but know is is working. Got all slack out of steering. No leaks. STILL NO POWER STEERING. The pressure tube($175.00) from the pump to steering column is crimped some. Could restriction be preventing the flow I need? Does anyone have any idea what could have not been done or what is going on? Sure could use some help. Thanks
