In regards to the hydrolics fo the backhoe. We just purchased a 1971 model 4500? industrial model with loader and backhoe. Everything seems strong, but the controls, all of the back hoe ones, can be very jercky. I am a backhoe operator with many hours, on various hoes from a rubber tired John Deere to a 955 Cat, also including the Case, now the Ford. So, while I can work with it, it makes it very dangerous when in a tight setting. After it warms up, it does improve, but never is it free from this tendency to go wild. About the only sure so far is to never operate one control at at time. Oh, the boom control is the worst by far.
Any help will be appreciated.
