Hi John and Royce,
Thanks for responding to my question,I know of what you speak about the screen on top of the shut off,I replaced the screen and the tank has been restored with new shut off valve and screen. The vent might be the issue, it is a new fuel cap. Sorry for the delay in responding back to you.
