The three point hitch on my 1710 has developed two problems which I think are related, but I don"t know what to check. When the tractor is running with a load on the 3 point (like a bush hog) the load continually shifts up and down. It will not stabilize into the hieght you set it. Also, I have noticed recently that if the tractor is shut off, the three point hitch bleeds off very rapidly. Any ideas? Thanks
