Hello,
I have a 1999 New Holland 2120 HSS. I noticed that when I move the Forward Reverser from neutral to the forward position there is about a three (3) second delay and then the tractor jumps forward and begins to move. Same thing happens in reverse. In Low range it is not as bad compared to Medium and High ranges.

I don;t believe that there should be such a long delay. It seems like it should slowly start moving when shift into the forward position. I have never driven another tractor like this before HSS model so I can not compare it to anything else.

Should there be such a long delay and then an abrupt motion forward/reverse or is it suppose to ease forward/reverse?

Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there an adjustment?

Thank you,
Eric
