Are you saying that you are getting a weak spark on all the plugs whenever any 1 cylinder fires ?
If so, I'd take a long hard look at the distributer cap and plug wires.

On the other hand, if you are saying that the spark is weak to all the plugs, but that they are firing individualy, and when they're supposed to, then the problem is most likely the condenser or coil.

Just because a part is new, doesn't necessarily mean it's working properly.
