The fan and fan pulley will not turn. The belt just makes smoke. They will turn some when tractor is cold and I pull on the fan with both hands. I have never worked on the tractor, but am very handy with tools and have done auto repair. How do I go about fixing the problem. I assume it is a bearing freezing up. Thanks, Joe
