ford 2600 3cyl. diesel isn't getting fuel.

my ford diesel 2600 is getting fuel to the bottom of the injector pump but not going up the injector lines I loosened the bleeder in the injector pump the fuel streamed and still can't get fuel through the lines. Is there a filter inside the injector pump. any help would be appreciated thank you
