After replacing a power steering pump on 5900 Ford tractor the seal blew between the housing where it joined together in the power steering housing on the steeering column.New bolts were put in and the housing bolts tightened. that stopped the leakage of oil but now the power steering assist does not work. The pump is full of oil and seems to have enough pressure in the lines but there is no assist to the steering.
