My Ford 400 did same thing. The clutch froze to pressure plate while sitting. I freed mine by loading on a trailer & chaining down a little loose with tractor in gear. Take it down the road, alternately speeding up & braking, rocking the tractor back & forth until it breaks free. Good luck.
