you mentioned filter. what filter? the paper filter on the suction tube inside the hydraulic compartment? who put the kit in the pump? was there a ring worn on the shaft? if so, did they put a new seal on a worn shaft? this could draw air between the seal and shaft. you also mention oil. did you use the correct oil? ford's # is 134D. very thin, but correct (other people make it to). usually, when it's cold the pump tries to pull the oil but, if the oil is too thick, it pulls air also. thus the jerking or vibration. if everything you mention before is/was done correctly you still could be pulling air around worn orings in your lift cylinder and/or control valve. when everything gets warm, thick oil gets thinner, old worn rubber parts swell.
