We have an older (1962) Ford 4000 4 cyl Gas Tractor that we parked outside. Shortly after that the steering fluid was pushing up through the top of the steering column. It then froze and when we tried to turn the wheel some thing broke. The steering wheel turns freely however it does not turn the wheel. We have a warm spell. Any thoughts and what may have broken or the best way to approach this
