Holley carb lean,float level set right? My 3000 does this when its cold,it will blow the cork gasket out of the bottom of the carb when it does that,it will suck dirt and ruin the engine if not replaced i keep a couple on hand.Is the vaccum advance working,Also might check your fuel pump and fuel filter. gas cap venting correctley? good luck JR
