I was told by the Ford Tractor Dealer to use the Tractor Transmission Hydralic Oil that is used in most tractors. That is what I have been using for the past 20 years with no problems. When I got the tractor, the previous owner told me that the recommeded oil was SAE 10 weight, but I went with the dealers recommendations.
