john the signal resolver network is very confusing, to make it short the signal resolver help to govern the hyd pump output, for what you are saying it sounds like a resolver valve has blown seals, take the right rear tire off and there should be four holes in the frame inside you will see allen head plugs, that is where your signal resolvers are, take them out and check seals
