I owned & operated a 955K for 4 years. A very robust machine. working it hard on a hot summer day could bring up the engine temp. but not enough to stop to let it cool. Trans temp also OK. The turbo engine warms up a little easier than the naturally aspirated. I've had five 941 cats and none overheated (same eng. but no turbo). In my opinion the running gear is bullet proof in these machines but they do like lots of fuel if you work them. Someone told me the turboed 951 was little more power than comfort allows for the backend, but I've never had a 951. There's very little diff. between the 955K & L. I think the L model is 15 HP more (130) and the L weighs a little more. Good luck on your shopping! Eric.
