For adjusting the cluch remove the oil plate ans insert a short srew driver in the opening and turnthe cluch adjusting collar until the lock pin can be reached and engage the startor pinion.Pry out the lock pin and tighten by turning the collar away from the diesel engin until the lock pin drop into the nexthole.Test the adjustement by engaging the cluch if one hole gives a slightly loose adjustement and the next gives to tight an adj use the looser adj.
