We have a 416B backhoe with a loader bucket. The lift cylinders will not lift a load. Without a load it will rise slowly to its max height, but with a load, it won't. It did this before and without doing anything, it started to work normally again. We have a three bank valve system without resolver valves. If you have a load in the bucket, it won't leak down. The rest of the hydraulic system seems to be normal, just the lift for the bucket.
