the fuel transfer pump seals and shaft wear will allow fuel to flow in to the oil system under pressure. the nozzles if popping to low can wash down the cylinder and get in to the oil system, but the pistons will usually stick to the liner wall if that is the case. the injection pump barrel and plungers if worn can leak in to the oil system. would try the transfer pump first.
