We had a 977L for 20 years, was in good shape when we bought it. Unless a person needs a good winch tractor, it is hard to justify keeping it with all the excavators that are available today. Track loaders are hard work-expensive to work on. Parts shouldnt be a problem yet but they are approaching dinosaur status. Excavator or 'maybe' a 953 would be a much better way to go. Not good to fall in love with a machine.
