It will not stop with clutches only unless the blade is loaded and that is a no-no, never touch
clutches with machine loaded, if you have to change the direction of the push back up and start the push again in the direction you want to go. There is to much gear reduction in the final drives and drag in the clutches even when they are disengaged for the machine to stop unloaded without using brake bands. Just my opinion
