I surfaced the end plates and put new bushings in the steering pump. With both clutch control levels pulled out. I have 300 psi and the machine still moves forward. If I apply the brakes it will stop then. At that point I am able to push the control levers in and the machine will over power the brakes..
I feel the machine should stop with the control levers fully pulled out, without having to apply the brakes.
Any ideas
