When we starting D4 2T they other day the pony ran out of petrol. When we tried to start it again it was to hard to pull the rope. We could see the fan moving very slowly when we turned the pony flywheel. Even with the clutch disengaged it still did it. We can pull the pony over qucik enough to start it. ANY HELP PLEASE
