Finally had some time to pull the heads on the starting engine yesterday.Both of the pistons are still working but the valves are not moving at all.I am still trying to get the engine cover front panel off,the one behind the starting engine and in front of the operator.What would be the most common reason why the valves are not moving?Do I still have to remove the entire starting engine to fix this?
