Put aux pony motor back on and tryed to fire on ether. Don't think we shot enough in top of air cleaner. Anyway found out pump and govenor have their own seperate oil. Still could not move throttle from shut off posistion so pulled govenor rear cover and found rust. Rack into pump
rusted too. am pulling govenor off today to clean up.The Dude
